Corey has been working in Customer Experience and Operations functions for over two decades. He led Customer Success and Operations teams for early-stage technology startups; was at the epicenter of a high-growth HCM consulting firm, Kenexa, in various capacities, including the Director of Operations, Director of Client Services and eventually helping the company through its I.P.O. and subsequent acquisition by IBM; was a Vice President of Customer Success with Envysion, a Motorola Company, developed Customer Success and Professional Services Go-to-Market strategies at Boeing; and most recently, is Chief Customer Experience Officer with Flight Schedule Pro Software. Passionate about company culture and possessing a strong EQ, Corey believes in pragmatic, progressive service delivery strategies that ensure customers realize the value of the products and services purchased. 

 

Fueling his passion for sharpening his physical and mental fortitude, Corey trains and races in epic endurance sporting events. Since 2009, he has raced in 13 Ironman triathlons in seven countries; ranked nationally in the top 25 and top 100 worldwide in his age group. Recent events included completion of Steamboat Gravel, a 1-day, 100-mile gravel cycling event, the Triple Bypass, a 1-day, 120-mile cycling event from Denver to Vail and Pike’s Ascent, a half-marathon trail run with a summit finish at 14,000 feet. Corey now resides in Boulder, Colorado with his wife of 31 years.
